You've been told to stop moving. We disagree.

Performance rehabilitation · Zona Río, Tijuana

Provisional · IMG_4517 graded · reshoot at night

What you were told

  • Rest it.
  • Ice it.
  • Wait six weeks.
  • Stop training.

Rest was never a plan.

Provisional · IMG_0023 still · shoot “empty bar in darkness”

You didn't come here to manage pain.

It was never about the pain. It was about what the pain took.

Provisional · IMG_4537 graded · reshoot sign-lit at night

I · Find the root

Root.

Find the true limiting factor — not the loudest symptom.

What we measure on day one

Pain
How it behaves under load
Range
Motion, measured — not guessed
Strength
Side to side, against your baseline
Function
Against what your sport demands

Placeholder · shot needed: dynamometer / goniometer reading in hands, tight

II · Rebuild

Capacity.

Rebuild what was lost.

Movement, strength, control, tolerance, confidence — rebuilt with the same tools you already train with.

Provisional · IMG_0014 graded · reshoot side-lit deadlift at night

Pain relief is not the standard.

Return is.

  1. Strength symmetry
  2. Hop & jump testing
  3. Load tolerance
  4. Confidence to compete
How return testing works

III · Return

Return.

Return to your standard — sport, work, or life.

Before you book

Does the first session include assessment and treatment?

Yes. The first session includes clinical assessment, initial treatment, and a clear next-step plan.

What if I've already been told to rest or stop training?

That may be part of a phase, but it should not automatically be the end of the process. The question here is when and how to return well.

Do I need an X-ray or MRI before booking?

No. Clinical examination is the primary diagnostic tool. If you have existing imaging, bring it — it helps, but it is not required.

I've tried physio before and it didn't last. Why would this be different?

The most common reason: treatment reduced the pain without rebuilding the capacity. When the load returned, the pain returned. Here, assessment identifies the deficit and treatment builds it back.

I'm crossing from the U.S. — does that work?

Yes. Zona Río is approximately 30 minutes from the border, and sessions are conducted in English.
